Also, there are two endings to this as well. I like that you get a sidekick (Roadkill) and like that it is sort of a "Choose your own" adventure thing where you have several frames to choose from giving it a pretty decent replay value. I totally beat Comix Zone and think it was one of the most innovative and imaginative games I have ever played. However, this has NOT slowed down my vintage gaming I've been on sort of a "internet hiatus" because I've been so busy with school. Odd, Sonic Gems seems to be GameCube only in the US. It's a good game with a high concept, but a little repetative. I'm actually playing this now off and on as part of the Sega Megadrive (as it was known over here) Collection on the PS2/3. (You can play the arcade game on the PS2/Xbox as its part of Capcom Classics Vol 1 if you're interested) It's not a close conversion graphically, but includes all the features of the arcade game. I think the best I ever did was somewhere on level 3. ![]() (You can play the arcade game on the PS2/Xbox as its part of Capcom Classics Vol 2 if you're interested) And its uses Sprite Scaling and Rotation too!įor the longest time, I regarded this as the single best arcade conversion on the Genesis. There are a few really good video game stores near me, and I might as well make good use of them! I think my next purchase will be "Lethal Enforcers II" complete with the gun and everything. So what are the "classic" sega games that I should get ahold of. Now, there are titles I can download on my Wii (i.e. I have been trying to play/beat all of the "classic" games for that platform. Right after the Con, I went out and bought an old school Sega. Which brings me to my topic of discussion. Now, I grew up with a Nintendo so, while I may not have played all the popular titles on that platform, I know I missed out on all the sega games. Since the Comic Con this year, I have had an itch like none other for old video games.
